Why ShopCrew exists.
Most DTC teams aren't slow because they lack ambition. They're slow because the same twenty workflows steal a third of their week. Support tickets, refund chases, return notes, supplier nudges, dashboard snapshots. None of it is the work that grows the brand.
ShopCrew exists to take that third of the week back. We build narrow AI agents that own one workflow well, ship them in days instead of quarters, and tune them in public so the brand keeps the IP.
Who builds this
ShopCrew was founded by an operator with two decades of experience building and running operations across financial services and technology. The company is small and deliberate: narrow agents, real tools, shipped fast.
What we believe
- Narrow beats horizontal. A support agent that owns one help desk, one tone, and one refund threshold ships value in days. A horizontal copilot ships demos.
- Evals before vibes. Every prompt change ships with a number. If the win rate doesn't move, the change doesn't either.
- No lock-in. You own the prompts, the integrations, and the eval dataset. If you want to take it in-house in year two, we'll help you do it.
- Founders, not features. Every roadmap item starts with a founder problem we've heard at least three times.
